These precise vapor pressure values for several compounds are recommended as secondary standards. Values are given in kPa (1 kPa = 0.0098692 atm = 7.5006 Torr). The four tables below give vapor pressure values in the temperature range 180 K to 500 K. Column definitions for Tables 1-4 are as follows.
